Liked: Sylvia and Amy at the front desk were awesome. The girls whom worked tirelessly at breakfast were on point. The hotel is located perfectly for the whole Nashville experience. About 15 minutes from everywhere by car and a shuttle for the downtown evenings......was terrific.

Liked: Everything was wonderful! My first time in Nashville, visiting with my son. Staff was nice and recommended a place for me and my son to visit on our first night there. The beds were comfortable and the food was good. I'm grateful for the breakfast and the Happy Hour. It saved us money and time to enjoy other things. All of the amenities were up and running. A nice spacious pool, hot tub, and fitness center. We didn't do any of it because we were too relaxed from constant travel around the city. I'll try to utilize those on our next visit.

Could be better: I would have liked to have seen a water dispenser (with ice and/or lemon) in the main lobby, which would have given it a nicer look. I saw it one time and no more after that. I had to use hot water over my ice at breakfast to take my meds. Maybe a soda fountain would be nice if possible too. Just a thought.

Liked: They were very helpful when I missed our first day of booking! lol Carts available easily, entrance was close for parking, felt safe, and the bed was sooooo comfortable. After Dollywood, this was a welcome needed comfort. Air conditioning was great too. Maids good, respectful we just wanted more towels and to make the beds:)

Could be better: No smoking, but since we smoke I was happy they didn’t give us a hard time if we moved away from the hotel:) They had a skunk outside. He seemed quite comfortable there, and not scared of us. No issues, and not their fault- but it was gone the next day.

Liked: Everything was great! We enjoyed the pool! The location was nice! We had a balcony overlooking the pool area, which was nice. Had a decent continental breakfast.

Could be better: My room was by the stairwell and the door would make a lot of noise when it closed, happened all through the night too

Liked: I loved the atmosphere very friendly and inviting. The taxi service was a plus! I will definitely stay here again for my next visit!!

Liked: Llegamos las 13:00 y nos dieron nuestras habitaciones. Personal amable y un buen desayuno. Instalaciones limpias y acogedoras. La piscina es relativamente pequeña, pero se disfruta. El Resort no estaba ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, sin embargo, no tuvimos ningún problema de traslado con el vehículo. Parqueo en el mismo edificio del hotel.

Liked: The hotel was comfortable, close to other parts of town, the staff was helpful and courteous.

Could be better: The only things I didn't like was that you only got 2 small drinks during happy hour and the breakfast buffet was kind of gross.
