Liked: Perfect location, walking distance to broadway, the restaurant had great breakfast, staff was super friendly and tentative, and the pool/rooftop was a great bonus.

Could be better: There is no info on parking when I booked other than they had parking in their own lot. As expected and normal parking is a big fee. 60 plus tip. Only can park on the private ramp within the building if you pay $60 and it has to be valet. There is a single level public lot with lots of parking space across the street for an unknown fee. No breakfast included but the place was very nice. Very fancy. Nearly no water pressure on the shower though. (I usually give good reviews)

Liked: De locatie is top! Op kleine loopafstand van Broadway. Kamer is goed, bedden heerlijk, geluidloze airco.

Could be better: Het zwembad is echt heel klein. Je kunt er niet zwemmen, hooguit even afkoelen. Ligbedjes zijn minimaal voor zo’n groot hotel, dus veel te weinig! Hotel en parkeren zijn prijzig.

Liked: The property were welcoming : hospitable staff, especially within the bar on floor 5. Proximity to Broadway and the Gulch were also excellent!

Liked: The Cambria was lovely & close to our conference & Broadway! Totally recommend! Great people& friendly faces in all areas of the hotel—from the check in to the cleaning to the bars—we never met a stranger!

Liked: 1st floor bar was perfect place to start and finish the night. Great walking distance to conference, all the action downtown with live music (at hotel too!), and museum. Great way to experience downtown Nashville.

Liked: Location to the hot spots, excellent. Cleanliness, exceptional. Staff were so beyond friendly and helpful.

Could be better: The room we stayed in was great except it wasn't "finished" yet. Still had the concrete ceiling, which didn't affect functionality of the room. The air conditioning vent hits you directly in the neck, because of where the bed is positioned. My suggestion would be to put the bed on the opposite wall of the air conditioning vent. It was so uncomfortable, that we had it turned down the air conditioning or had to sleep at opposite ends of the bed. Location was great, but with that said, it was extremely noisy, people yelling, screaming outside, heard nonstop sirens, screeching of vehicles. Totally understand that's the life in the city. But if you are looking for more of a quiet setting, place to sleep in peace, this definitely was not it. With all that said, We would return. More positives, then negatives. 🙂 Patty and Norm - WI

Could be better: The amount of cost per day for parking. Was sent a text stating that I had unlocked a savings of 15% but it wasn't applied to the cost at all.

Liked: It was close to everything walking distance.

Could be better: The bed mattress is starting to get a little warn out may need to be updated. Started to dip and lean in the middle otherwise very comfortable.

Could be better: bathroom sink drain stopper wasn't working. Would not allow water to exit. Had to manually lift stopper to drain sink.

Liked: Great place to stay! You can walk right to Broadway but also enjoy a quiet night. Restaurant on site was good. Nice pool. Eli, Cj, and Jaren in valet were excellent!

Could be better: I feel as if the walls of the hotel are pretty thin, I could hear the tv next door and people coughing/talking during the middle of the night.

Could be better: Zero communication. I'm sure the hotel is great, so I'm not giving it a low rating. However, I was disappointed that no one responded to Any of my messages for several days! —not on Booking, not on any of the hotel's official pages, not over the phone. I did not get even a simple “Hello” or a short answer to my request of cancellation at all.

Liked: The friendly front desk. Very comfortable bed . Beautiful view from room on 14th. The rooftop pool on 5th. And location to Broadway & Riverfront

Could be better: Waiting on Elevators. But we were there 4th of July.
