Liked: We took our teen boys to Nashville for the weekend and this hotel came up as a great location for walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. And that it was! It is very close to the Country Music Hall of Fame, Broadway and all the restaurants/bars. The Gulch area was walkable but little further than we expected from hotel. Bridgestone Arena and Ryman Auditorium are within close walking distance as well. Martins BBQ is right across the street and it was delicious, so recommend checking them out before heading to Broadway! Parking deck is attached to hotel which made it convenient to arrive and head straight down to lobby for check in. Hotel itself was very clean and front desk staff was very friendly and even allowed us a little bit early check in as I thought Nashville was an hour ahead of our timezone putting us arriving at 3, but I was wrong and explained that. We got a queen room for 4 of us and it was more than perfect! There is a couch in room along with the 2 beds so our oldest slept on the couch vs sharing a bed with his brother. Everything was clean and stocked in room and plenty of outlets throughout. Bathroom amenities are Dove brand so I didn't even use my travel items I brought for shower! They set up a text with you also upon arrival so I was able to use that to get extra towels and a blanket brought to room. Very friendly and prompt to our needs! I booked the breakfast included option which came with a voucher for 2 adult meals from their café called the Bodega. You just order at the counter and they have a small, but awesome menu. Our food was delicious and great portions. Coffee options were great too. There is also snacks, lots of drinks and beers offered to purchase in there as well. The on-site restaurant called Almost Friday was wonderful as well! We went both days of our stay. They offer a free happy hour drink from 4-5 pm from a small menu during that time.

Could be better: There was not much I didn't like, but will say parking is very expensive. Site said $54 a night but ended up paying almost $130 when we arrived and I paid at the ticket box to pull in the self parking area. So I am not sure if they added taxes or what but way more than I expected. Outdoor pool is also very small (but still enjoyable). We had pool view room so were able to check to see when there was room to use it. It can accommodate about 2 groups, (one on one end and one on the other) as any more than that, it would be crowded. We were lucky to get it all to ourselves that Saturday late afternoon though and enjoyed it for about an hour.

Could be better: A homeless man came on the elevator when we were trying to get to our room and he was following us. We had to alert staff to remove him. It was a bit scary.

Liked: The breakfast included was amazing couldn’t order off the menu & the pool and amenities were great!

Could be better: They asked for $75 USD to check into our room earlier than 3pm even though it was available and ready regardless? Seems like a money grab and not really good business to try and charge almost $100 to check in a couple hours earlier

Liked: We felt safe and secure, stunning hotel, and the views of the city were beautiful.

Could be better: Parking fee to park in the garage & no breakfast included.

Could be better: Na reserva constava café da manhã incluindo, porem quando chegamos no hotel a recepcionista nos avisou que não existia café da manhã na minha reserva,o que, causou um transtorno.

Liked: It was really wonderful and convenient. Staff was great!

Liked: The hotel was very nice, clean and laid out well. the parking was all torn up so getting around the parking lot was not easy but that is temporary

Could be better: the cost, I was guoted $643.39 when I booked the room through Booking.com but was charge $842.35 on June 15 before my stay. I can't seem to find out why the difference.

Liked: The location suited our needs, especially with (very expensive) parking right there.

Could be better: As we had booked a breakfast inclusive deal, we should have been given the relevant breakfast detail at check in. No issues with the breakfast itself. Also, I was challenged about my choice of included drink at the bar. 1st night: no problem. 2nd night: server not at all happy to serve exact same drink.

Liked: Location was great, close by Broadway. Generous size rooms & good shower.

Liked: I like that the property had the option of valet or self parking for a reasonable price. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast. They also accommodated a late checkout for Sunday.

Could be better: The staff was not really helpful. The staff for breakfast was rude. The outlets in the room were not working- we were unable to charge our phones, the AC system was very loud.

Liked: The staff was great but I felt it was just a good hotel. I travel a lot for meetings and this wasn't exceptional. The Bodega is limited in the choices of food. The rooms were very comfortable. Loved how the staff greats you right when you get out of the car.
