Itinerary and highlights
Learn from a professional dancer, performer, and choreographer.
You'll first learn floor techniques, vocabulary, and basic pole dance movements. Then we'll move onto using the pole and becoming comfortable with moving around it. To finish you'll learn a few turns, climbs, and spins on the pole into a choreographed dance.

Meeting and pickup information
- We are located in Music Valley Village shopping plaza at Suite 142 next to the Nashville Nightlife Theater. We have a large pink & white sign that says Country Fusion with a cowgirl.
